Alan is CEO and will be responsible for developing and executing Rheia’s strategic plan. Alan's unique background leading homebuilders and large suppliers contractors for the last 35 years ensures Rheia will understand and serve all of our key stakeholders while providing the day-to-day leadership necessary to build Rheia into a world-class company.

Jess Terry is an accomplished Senior Executive and Consultant with more than 25 years of success across the building, consumer packaged goods, automotive, food service, restaurant & hospitality, retail, and manufacturing industries. Jess has served on two public company boards with a combined 7 years’ experience leading Compensation Committee from the Management perspective and presenting to the Board of Directors Quarterly on Manufacturing, Human Resource, or related Business strategies.

Nigel has 35 years of experience in product development, starting his career with GE Plastics before going to IBACOS in 1998 developing a series of online training, best practices, and quality assurance products to front line employees at the large national homebuilders. Nigel is passionate about innovation and developing solutions to bring innovation and positive change to the homebuilding industry.

Josh spent 28 years in mechanical construction trades starting his career in the family business. Installed, serviced, and lead operations from residential, commercial, and industrial business segments. He is passionate about the construction trades and the exciting future of the industry. Josh believes it's all about doing the right thing, even when people are not looking. Here at Rheia we do the right thing and he is excited to bring our innovative product solutions to the homebuilding customer!

Gabe Lucero is an experienced HVAC and plumbing tradesman with more than 19 years’ experience in commercial and residential environments. After 6 years in the US Air Force, he worked for Jones Lang LaSalle, Johnson Controls and Trane. Most recently, Gabe worked for multi-family technology building company Katera as subject matter expert for their HVAC division. He was responsible for creating and developing relationships with HVAC companies across the country, as well as educating Katera on best practices for their HVAC contracts and designs. Later at Katerra, he served as the Global HVAC/Plumbing purchasing Manager. 

Nathan is an Arizona native with a background in residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC engineering. He has worked with homebuilders, architects, and other trades throughout his career to create the best HVAC solutions for a wide variety of applications. He is committed to helping Rheia continuously improve its products to deliver a better HVAC experience to residential construction.

Robert is an expert in design. He thinks in code. As an original member of the Rheia product development team, he has influenced and generated many of the earliest prototypes and ideas currently in production. His diverse background has encompassed many angles of buildings including digital fabrication, advanced CAD methods, software development and product design. He is a creative and inventive contributor to the vision and development of Rheia products.

Isaac has been working in the HVAC industry for over 10 years with a background in both commercial and residential construction. He is an experienced tradesman with knowledge in servicing, installation, and jobsite leadership. He is committed to helping Rheia provide a superior duct system and a better comfort experience to the end consumer.
